At Aspetto, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every pair of eyewear you purchase meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return or exchange products under the following conditions:
- Time Frame: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Exclusions: Customized or personalized eyewear, limited edition items, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our support team at Support@a-spetto.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

Approval: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).

Packaging: Ensure that the items are securely packaged in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition).
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs, gift cards, and any taxes paid are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, color, or style, please contact us at Support@a-spetto.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Return Shipping
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, Aspetto will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange for a prepaid shipping label.
- Non-Defective Returns: For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Support@a-spetto.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
7. How to Care for Your Eyewear
To minimize the need for returns due to damage or wear, please follow these care instructions:
- Cleaning: Use a microfiber cloth and lens cleaner specifically designed for eyewear.
- Storage: Always store your eyewear in the provided case when not in use.
- Handling: Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, and harsh chemicals.
- Maintenance: Regularly check and tighten screws if necessary to ensure the frames remain secure.
